Bulk use of the corpus
Systematic extraction of the data, redistribution of it, or building a product on them — a booking tool, a concierge service, another guide — is a licence, not a grey area.
Terms are simple and priced to say yes to: a flat annual fee scoped to what you take, attribution required, and the verification dates stay attached — stripped dates turn verified facts back into rumor.
