Questions
- What do I get?
- A one page plan for your exact dates, written by a person who knows the East End: where to park, where to eat, which beach on which day, and the places you would not have found on your own. The full weekend adds a text line for questions while you are here, and the top tier adds bookings made for you where possible.
- How fast is it?
- Within 48 hours of your order. If your weekend starts sooner than that, say so in the form and we will tell you straight away whether we can make it.
- How does payment work?
- Nothing is charged when you send the form. Payment is by a secure card link, either right after you order or in our email. Either way we confirm your dates by email within 48 hours, and if we cannot plan them you get a full refund.
- Is the North Fork included?
- Yes. The plan covers the whole East End: the South Fork from Westhampton to Montauk, the North Fork from Riverhead to Orient, and Shelter Island. Tell us where you are staying and we plan around it.
- Can I change my dates?
- Yes. Reply to our email with the new dates and the plan moves with them. If we cannot plan the new dates, you pay nothing, or get a full refund if you already paid.
- What if nothing is open?
- Every stop is checked against its hours for the days you are here, and off season we plan around what is open that weekend. If too little is open for a plan worth paying for, we tell you so: you pay nothing, or get a full refund if you already paid.
