Roughly 40 slips on Three Mile Harbor for boats from 25ft to 45ft, in a protected part of the harbour with dockhands on staff in season and a wide lawn above the docks. Slips are held back for boaters arriving by water, and the operator's EHP Resort sits half a mile down Three Mile Harbor Road.
