The Water Mill roaster's eighth outpost, opened 2026 in the 1878 building that was George Jessup's general store and, until this year, Beth's Cafe. Espresso and bakery counter for to-go, plus a full sit-down room serving all-day breakfast, brunch and lunch, a deck for al fresco, and free Wi-Fi.
