Using the guide

Hamptons Verified is an independently operated discovery guide. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes.

Do not interfere with the site, probe its security, scrape it in a way that degrades service, impersonate another person, or use its forms to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

You must be 18 or older to use the site.

Listings, plans, and AI answers

Listings, itineraries, and AI-assisted answers are for discovery. Businesses, events, prices, hours, access rules, weather, tides, transit, and road conditions can change.

Check the linked operator or public authority before traveling, purchasing, swimming, boating, or making another safety-sensitive decision.

A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of availability, quality, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Generated plans may need adjustment for traffic, mobility, reservations, weather, and personal circumstances.

Accounts and saved places

An account is optional. Without one, saved places remain in that browser.

If you sign in, our authentication provider handles your login and the site can sync your saved list across devices. You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.

We may suspend access that threatens the service or violates these terms. You can delete the site's synced saved-place data from the account page. Authentication account management is provided separately by the sign-in provider.

Third-party services

Links to maps, booking services, ticket sellers, social networks, venue sites, and other third parties take you to services we do not control.

Their terms, privacy practices, prices, refunds, and availability apply. Hamptons Verified is not a party to purchases or reservations you make with them.

Content and intellectual property

The site's original writing, organization, interface, and branding are protected by applicable law. Venue names and third-party marks belong to their owners.

Photographs retain the ownership and attribution shown with them. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Broader republication or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item is current, complete, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamptons Verified and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the guide or a third-party service.

Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. New York law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes and contact

We may update the site or these terms. The date above will change when the terms do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
