CRESLI Seal Cruise
A CRESLI scientist leads roughly two-hour expeditions aboard the R/V Peconic out of Stony Brook Marine Station to view, photograph and document seals in Shinnecock Bay — the 8th season in 2025-26, co-sponsored by the South Fork Natural History Museum. Cruises run roughly monthly, November through May; registration is required and spaces are limited. CRESLI also runs a free (donation-suggested) walking Seal Walk at Cupsogue Beach the same season — see /wildlife for both.
