The Upper East Side bistro's summer house, out on Long Wharf beside the marina — a horseshoe bar, an oyster bar, the Cajun chicken and tuna tartare from the Manhattan menu, and a DJ at weekends. The house dress code is explicit: no beach attire, no shorts, no flip-flops, no sports caps.
