Foster Memorial (Long) Beach

Sag Harbor

Southampton Town's bayfront beach on Noyack–Long Beach Road — the Town's own permit schedule names it "Foster Memorial (Long) Beach". Sag Harbor Village residents living in the Town of East Hampton can buy a Foster-Memorial-only permit at $50 online / $60 peak season; a non-resident full-season Town permit is $500 / $525.

Cost: Free on foot; Town beach parking permit required to park

Montauk Point Lighthouse loop

Montauk

Nature trails at Montauk Point State Park with ocean views. The park publishes a trail map but no trail distances. The $8 car fee is collected 8am–4pm, weekends 4 Apr–17 May 2026, daily 23 May–12 Oct, then weekends and holidays to 8 Nov; an Empire Pass is $80.

Cost: $8 vehicle use fee in season; free on foot

Cedar Point County Park

East Hampton

607-acre county park on Gardiners Bay at 5 Cedar Point Road — nature trails, picnic areas, and the sand-spit walk out to the 1860 Cedar Point Lighthouse. Parking is charged per vehicle; the resident rate needs a Suffolk County Green Key card ($30).

Cost: County parking fee per vehicle — $7–$9 resident, $15–$18 non-resident
