Burnt Point
A gated 25-acre estate on a peninsula reaching into Georgica Pond, with 2,024 feet of pond frontage — waterfront, but not oceanfront. The 18,000-square-foot gambrel house was completed in 1999 to a Francis Fleetwood design, originally for the commodities trader David Campbell. The Stewart J. Rahr Foundation sold it in April 2021 for $47 million, after asking $95 million in 2015 — the priciest non-ocean waterfront trade the Hamptons has recorded.
