La Dune

Two oceanfront residences on four acres of Gin Lane, with 400 feet of bulkheaded shoreline. The shingled main house dates to 1892, is said to have links to Stanford White, and appeared in Woody Allen's 1978 film “Interiors”; the second house is a 2001 François Catroux design. Sold at a Sotheby's auction in January 2024 for $88.48 million out of the bankruptcy of its owner, the publisher Louise Blouin — the most valuable property ever auctioned live at Sotheby's.
