Joe Farrell's 11.5-acre Bridgehampton spread: a 17,000-square-foot main house on a 2.9-acre parcel with the balance in agricultural reserve, and — despite the name — no waterfront. Bowling alley, skateboard half-pipe, squash court and a 10-seat theatre. It has hosted Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Justin Bieber, and a 2019 Trump re-election fundraiser. Farrell bought the land from Ahmet Ertegun's family in 2007 and sold the house for $31 million in November 2021.
