Dominy Shops Museum

East Hampton

Three generations of Dominy woodworkers and clockmakers built furniture, coffins and Hook Windmill from this North Main Street shop between about 1760 and 1850. The original woodworking and clock shops survived the 1946 demolition and were returned here in 2016, attached to a reconstruction of the family house on its own foundation.
