New for 2026: LDV Hospitality's Mediterranean beach club on Lake Montauk - cabanas, a marina, and la dolce vita by the water. After dark it is one of Montauk's open-door parties: weekend DJ sets on the sand until 2 a.m. (the operator's own claim), with open-door house-music nights through the summer, usually no cover.
