Late-night bites

One of the few kitchens in Sag Harbor still firing past 10pm. Bar food done right. (Formerly Page at 63 Main.)

The Upper East Side bistro's summer house, out on Long Wharf beside the marina — a horseshoe bar, an oyster bar, the Cajun chicken and tuna tartare from the Manhattan menu, and a DJ at weekends. The house dress code is explicit: no beach attire, no shorts, no flip-flops, no sports caps.

Pies and slices on West Lake Drive, open seven days: the kitchen runs to 10pm, the bar later, and slices keep going until they run out.

Raw bar, artisan pizzas and American plates on Fort Pond Road, with live music and a kitchen that runs late. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 5pm, closed Monday and Tuesday.
