Laurel Lake Preserve

The walk

Peconic Land Trust property around Laurel Lake, the largest freshwater lake on the North Fork. Short loop through oak woods with a lake overlook. Early-morning for bird song.

Access & parking

NY-25 (Main Road) in Laurel; PLT trailhead kiosk on the south side.

Parking: Small free pull-off on Main Road.
