Yes if you want reformer work with the owner and can pay for it - $180 an hour is Manhattan money, but the duet at $100 a head is not, and the island has no cheaper equipment room.

Privates, duets and trios in studio or over Zoom; barre classes are at her other room, 57 North Ferry Road. A private with the owner is $180, with a senior instructor $165, a duet $100 a head, a group class $55. Nearly 200 recorded classes sit in a Vimeo library.
