Shelter Island Pilates

Suzette Smith's equipment room on Grand Avenue - one of the two studios she runs on the island, and the one with the reformers. Privates, duets and trios in studio or over Zoom; barre classes are at her other room, 57 North Ferry Road. A private with the owner is $180, with a senior instructor $165, a duet $100 a head, a group class $55. Nearly 200 recorded classes sit in a Vimeo library.
